Dr Armand Borovik is a highly accomplished ophthalmic surgeon specialising in cataract, corneal, and refractive surgery. Based in the Sutherland Shire and South Coast communities, Dr Borovik is dedicated to helping patients achieve independence from glasses and contact lenses through advanced laser and lens-based vision correction procedures. Since beginning his practice in 2015, he has transformed the lives of patients from diverse backgrounds, providing tailored solutions for their unique vision needs.

Dr Borovik brings extensive expertise in laser vision correction, refractive lens surgery, cataract surgery, and corneal transplantation. He is actively involved in advancing the field of ophthalmology, having published numerous peer-reviewed articles and presented at leading international conferences, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons. As a surgical instructor, Dr Borovik has also contributed to training the next generation of eye surgeons. Dr Borovik completed his medical degree and specialist ophthalmology training at Prince of Wales Hospital, Sydney, where he served as the Senior Professorial Registrar in his final year. He further refined his skills through a prestigious two-year fellowship at the University of Toronto, Canada, under the mentorship of world-renowned surgeon Dr David Rootman.
