Dr Tim Steele is a comprehensive ophthalmologist with expertise in cataract surgery, laser vision correction, pterygium surgery, eyelid and lacrimal surgery, and glaucoma management, including minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) and trabeculectomy. Known for his precision and patient-centred approach, Dr Steele is dedicated to delivering advanced, personalised care to improve his patients’ vision and quality of life.

Dr Steele holds public appointments at The Alfred Hospital and Albury Wodonga Health and is actively involved in the RANZCO vocational training program, mentoring trainee ophthalmologists in clinical and surgical settings. Education & Institute
Dr Steele graduated with first-class honors from Monash University, where he was recognised as the top final-year medical student. He completed his ophthalmology training at The Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital (RVEEH) in East Melbourne. He further enhanced his expertise through subspecialty training in oculoplastic surgery in the United Kingdom and earned a postgraduate qualification in refractive surgery from the University of Sydney.
