Dr Stephen Bambery is a pioneering refractive and cataract surgeon with over three decades of experience. Based in Melbourne, he was one of the first surgeons in the region to perform refractive laser surgery in 1991. Known for his expertise and patient-centred approach, Dr Bambery specialises in advanced vision correction procedures, helping patients achieve greater freedom from glasses and contact lenses.

Dr Bambery has held ophthalmologist positions at prominent institutions, including the RVEEH, Austin, and Frankston Hospitals. His contributions to global ophthalmology include medical missions to India, Kiribati, Tuvalu, and the Solomon Islands.
